SERVICE PROVIDER AND CONTACT DETAILS
The service is provided by Avrea Ltd (later, Avrea), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Finland. Avrea is registered under Finnish Business ID 3551133‑7 and has its registered office in Helsinki.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
The available subscription plan and its applicable prices are:
Usage-based pricing. 3000 free minutes each month.
Then: $0 /month + $0.002 per min (starting)
The subscription fee covers access to the service in accordance with the selected plan.
Payment for the service is made online by payment card.
The subscription fee is charged in advance for each billing period using the payment card provided at the time of purchase.
SERVICE DELIVERY AND TERMINATION
Delivery of the Service
The service is provided as a digital service and delivered electronically. Access to the service is granted after the subscription has been concluded. Where the subscription is subject to a fee, access to the service is granted only after the applicable subscription fee has been successfully paid, in accordance with the selected subscription plan.
Subscription Duration and Termination
The contract enters into force when the order is placed and accepted.
The contract is valid until further notice.
The customer may terminate the contract at any time by giving notice. Termination takes effect at the end of the calendar month in which the notice is given, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Avrea may terminate the contract in accordance with applicable law and the Terms of Service, including in cases of material breach or nonpayment.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the contract is concluded, in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by notifying Avrea of the decision to withdraw by email to [placeholder for email address].
If the consumer has requested that the service be started during the withdrawal period and then exercises the right of withdrawal, Avrea may charge a proportionate amount corresponding to the service provided up to the time the withdrawal is exercised. No charges are applied for any period during which the service was provided free of charge.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in situations permitted by applicable law, including where the consumer has expressly consented to the full performance of the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Statutory Liability for Defects
For consumer customers, Avrea is subject to mandatory statutory liability for defects in digital services under Finnish consumer protection legislation. These rights cannot be limited or excluded.
For other customers, liability for defects and service non‑conformity is governed by the Terms of Service.
Functionality, Compatibility and Interoperability
Information on the functionality, compatibility and interoperability of the service, including any known technical requirements, is available in the service description provided by Avrea.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution (Consumers Only)
Consumers may submit complaints regarding the service by contacting support@avrea.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with Avrea, the consumer may refer the dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board:
