Payment terms
These Payment Terms set out the terms and conditions governing the fees (the “Subscription Fees”) payable by Avrea’s customers (the “Customer”) in connection with the Service and the payment of such Subscription Fees.
Subscription Fees
Pay as you go
Usage-based pricing. 3,000 free minutes each month.
Then: $0/month + $0.002 per min (starting).
Enterprise
Custom pricing.
Payment Terms
The Customer shall pay the Subscription Fees in accordance with the following payment terms.
Avrea reserves the right to make provision of the Service subject to receipt of payment of the Subscription Fees.
The Subscription Fees shall be paid to Avrea in the currency specified in the Subscription Fees above using the payment method specified in the Order Form.
The Subscription Fees shall include all public charges determined by the authorities and effective on the Commencement Date, with the exception of value added tax. Unless specifically otherwise mentioned, value added tax shall not be included in the Subscription Fees and shall be added to the Subscription Fees in accordance with the then-current regulations. If the amount of public charges or their collection basis increases due to changes in regulations or taxation practice, the Subscription Fees shall be revised correspondingly.
If the Customer is or may be required under any law or regulation to withhold or deduct any portion of any payment due to Avrea and Avrea is unable to reclaim or recover that deduction through the exercise of reasonable efforts, then the sum payable to Avrea shall be increased by the amount necessary to yield to Avrea the amount it would have received had no withholdings or deductions been made.
If the Customer fails to make any payment in accordance with this Agreement, Avrea shall (without prejudice to its other rights and remedies) be entitled to:
- charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of interest applicable under Finnish law on late payments; and/or
- suspend the Customer’s and the Customer Users’ access to and use of the Service until payment (including any accrued interest) is made in full.
Any Subscription Fees paid in accordance with these Payment Terms shall be non-refundable in any circumstances, including upon early termination of this Agreement.
The Customer shall provide accurate, current and complete billing information, including billing address, email address and phone number, and will promptly notify Avrea if this information changes.
Price Adjustment
Avrea reserves the right to adjust the Subscription Fees applicable under the Agreement at its sole discretion. Avrea may implement such price adjustments by providing the Customer with at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the adjusted Subscription Fees shall take effect upon the expiry of the thirty (30) day notice period and shall thereafter apply to all Services provided after the effective date of the adjustment.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an adjustment of the Subscription Fees shall constitute the Customer’s acceptance of the revised Subscription Fees.
